JPEX America, Inc.（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が「Amesma」または「アメスマ」の名称で提供するモバイル通信サービス、ウェブサイト、カスタマーサポートその他の関連サービス（以下、総称して「本サービス」といいます。）に関連して取得する個人情報を、本プライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

1）取得する情報

当社は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

・氏名、住所、電子メールアドレス、電話番号、生年月日その他の本人確認・連絡先情報

・アカウント番号、契約プラン、携帯電話番号、SIM・eSIM情報、番号移行情報その他の契約情報

・注文、請求、支払い、返金および取引に関する情報

・通話、SMS、データ通信、ローミング等の利用状況および通信サービスに関する情報

・端末情報、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、Cookie、アクセス履歴その他の技術情報

・カスタマーサポートへの問い合わせ、アンケート回答、キャンペーン応募その他利用者から提供される情報

・通信キャリア、決済事業者、販売代理店その他のサービス提供者から取得する情報

当社は、サービス提供、本人確認、不正利用防止または法令遵守のために必要な場合、本人確認書類その他の追加情報を求めることがあります。

2）情報の利用目的

​

当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

・本サービスの申込み受付、本人確認、契約およびアカウントの管理

・SIM・eSIMの発行、有効化、回線開通および番号移行

・通話、SMS、データ通信、ローミングその他の通信サービスの提供

・注文、配送、請求、支払いおよび返金の処理

・カスタマーサポートおよび問い合わせへの対応

・通信品質、障害、サービス利用状況およびシステムの管理

・不正利用、スパム、大量通信、セキュリティ上の脅威その他の禁止行為の検出および防止

・本サービスの維持、改善および新しいサービスの開発

・契約、料金、サービス、セキュリティその他の重要な事項に関する連絡

・利用者が配信停止を選択できるマーケティング、キャンペーンおよび情報提供

・利用規約の執行、法的請求への対応および当社の権利の保護

・法令、裁判所命令、行政機関または通信規制上の要請への対応

・利用者の同意を得たその他の目的

3）CPNIおよび通信サービス情報

​

当社または本サービスの提供に関与する通信事業者は、利用者が契約している通信サービス、料金、利用量、通話や通信の日時、時間、頻度、接続先その他のCustomer Proprietary Network Information（以下「CPNI」といいます。）を取り扱う場合があります。

​

当社は、適用される連邦通信法およびFederal Communications Commissionの規則に従ってCPNIを保護し、通信サービスの提供、請求、カスタマーサポート、不正利用防止および法令上認められる目的に利用します。

​

当社は、法令により承認が必要となる目的でCPNIを利用する場合、必要な通知および承認取得を行います。

4）情報の共有

​

当社は、以下の場合に、必要な範囲で個人情報を第三者と共有することがあります。

​

・基盤通信キャリア、MVNE、MVNOプラットフォーム、ローミング事業者その他、本サービスの提供に必要な通信事業者との共有

・決済、配送、クラウド、システム運営、カスタマーサポート、本人確認、不正利用防止、分析、広告、マーケティングその他の業務委託先との共有

・弁護士、会計士、監査人その他の専門家との共有

・利用者の依頼または同意に基づく共有

・法令、裁判所命令、行政機関または法執行機関からの適法な要請に基づく開示

・人の生命、身体、財産、ネットワークまたは本サービスの安全を保護するために必要な開示

・合併、買収、事業譲渡、組織再編その他の企業取引に伴う移転

当社は、利用者が申し込んだ商品またはサービスを提供するために必要な範囲を超えて、通信履歴、支払情報または個人情報を第三者へ金銭と引き換えに販売することを通常の事業として行いません。

5）Cookieおよびアクセス情報

​

当社および当社のサービス提供者は、ウェブサイトの運営、セキュリティ確保、利用状況の分析、サービス改善および広告効果の測定のため、Cookie、ログ、ピクセルその他の類似技術を使用する場合があります。

利用者は、ブラウザの設定を通じてCookieの受取りを制限または拒否できる場合があります。ただし、Cookieを無効にすると、ウェブサイトまたは本サービスの一部が正常に機能しない場合があります。

第三者が提供するウェブサイト、SNS、広告または分析サービスには、当該第三者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

6）マーケティング

​

当社は、適用法令に従い、電子メール、SMSその他の方法により、本サービス、キャンペーンまたは関連情報をご案内する場合があります。

利用者は、案内に記載された配信停止方法または当社への連絡により、マーケティング情報の受取りを停止できます。

​

配信停止後も、請求、アカウント、契約、サービス障害、セキュリティその他、本サービスの運営に必要な連絡を行う場合があります。

7）情報の保存および安全管理

​

当社は、サービス提供、契約管理、請求、法令遵守、不正利用防止、紛争対応その他の正当な事業上の目的に必要な期間、個人情報を保存します。

​

当社は、保有する個人情報の性質およびリスクに応じて、合理的な組織的、物理的および技術的安全管理措置を講じます。

​

ただし、インターネット、無線通信または電子的な保存方法について、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。

8）利用者の権利

​

適用される州法その他の法令により認められる場合、利用者は、自己の個人情報について、以下を求めることができます。

・当社による個人情報の処理の有無の確認およびアクセス

・不正確な個人情報の訂正

・個人情報の削除

・提供した個人情報のコピー

・適用される場合、個人情報の販売、ターゲティング広告または一定のプロファイリングからのオプトアウト

・当社の判断に対する不服申立て

これらの権利には、適用法令、通信規制、本人確認、セキュリティ、記録保存義務その他の理由に基づく制限または例外が適用される場合があります。

当社は、利用者の情報を保護するため、本人確認またはアカウント認証を求める場合があります。当社が申請を拒否した場合、利用者は同じ電子メールアドレスへ不服申立てを行うことができます。

9）子どもの情報

​

本サービスは、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。

​

当社は、保護者の適切な承認なく、13歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を直接取得しません。

​

親権者または法定代理人が未成年者のために本サービスを契約する場合、当該親権者または法定代理人がアカウントおよび本サービスの利用について責任を負います。

10）米国外での処理

​

当社は米国に所在しています。個人情報は、米国または当社、通信事業者もしくは業務委託先が業務を行うその他の国で処理される場合があります。

これらの国のプライバシー法は、利用者の居住国の法律と異なる場合があります。

JPEX America, Inc. (“JPEX,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy in connection with the mobile communications services, websites, customer support, and related services that we provide under the name “Amesma” (collectively, the “Services”).

・Account number, service plan, mobile telephone number, SIM and eSIM information, number-porting information, and other subscription information

・Order, billing, payment, refund, and transaction information

・Voice, SMS, data, roaming, and other telecommunications usage and service information

・Device information, IP address, browser information, cookies, access history, and other technical information

・Customer-support inquiries, survey responses, promotion entries, and other information you provide to us

・Information received from underlying carriers, payment providers, sales agents, and other service providers

2）How We Use Information

・issue and activate SIMs and eSIMs, establish service, and process number-porting requests;

・provide voice, SMS, data, roaming, and other communications services;

・process orders, shipping, billing, payments, and refunds;

・provide customer support and respond to inquiries;

・manage service usage, communications quality, outages, systems, and network performance;

・detect and prevent fraud, spam, bulk messaging, security threats, and other prohibited activity;

・maintain, analyze, improve, and develop the Services;

・provide account, service, pricing, security, and other important notices;

・provide marketing, promotions, and information from which you may opt out;

・enforce our agreements, respond to legal claims, and protect our rights;

・comply with applicable laws, court orders, governmental requests, and telecommunications requirements; and

3）CPNI and Telecommunications Information

​

We or the telecommunications providers involved in delivering the Services may process Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”), including information concerning the telecommunications services and plans to which you subscribe, related charges and usage, and the date, duration, frequency, or destination of communications.

We protect CPNI in accordance with applicable federal communications laws and Federal Communications Commission rules.

​

We may use CPNI to provide the Services, process billing, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and carry out other activities permitted by law.

If applicable law requires approval before CPNI may be used for a particular purpose, we will provide the required notice and obtain the applicable approval.

4）How We Disclose Information

​

We may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary:

・to underlying wireless carriers, mobile virtual network enablers, MVNO platforms, roaming providers, and other telecommunications providers involved in delivering the Services;

・to providers supporting payments, shipping, cloud services, system operation, customer support, identity verification, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, and marketing;

・to attorneys, accountants, auditors, and other professional advisers;

・at your direction or with your consent;

・to comply with applicable law, court orders, or lawful governmental or law-enforcement requests;

・to protect life, physical safety, property, networks, or the security of the Services; or

・in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of a business or assets, or another corporate transaction.

We do not operate a business of selling customers’ communications history, payment information, or personal information to third parties for money beyond disclosures reasonably necessary to provide products or services requested by the customer.

5）Cookies and Online Information

​

We and our service providers may use cookies, logs, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our websites, maintain security, analyze usage, improve the Services, and measure advertising effectiveness.

You may be able to restrict or reject cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may prevent portions of our websites or Services from operating properly.

​

Third-party websites, social-media services, advertisements, and analytics services are governed by the applicable third party’s privacy policy.

6）Marketing Communications

​

Subject to applicable law, we may send information concerning the Services, promotions, or related matters by email, SMS, or other methods.

You may opt out of marketing communications by following the instructions in the communication or contacting us.

​

Even after you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send billing, account, contract, service-disruption, security, and other operational communications.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, account and contract administration, billing, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and other legitimate business purposes.

No internet transmission, wireless communications system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

​

・correction of inaccurate personal information;

・deletion of personal information;

・a copy of personal information you provided;

The Services are not directed to children under thirteen (13).

​

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under thirteen without appropriate parental authorization.

When a parent or legal guardian subscribes to the Services for a minor, that parent or guardian is responsible for the account and the minor’s use of the Services.

10）Processing Outside Your Country

​

We are located in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States or in other countries in which we, an underlying telecommunications provider, or a service provider operates.

The privacy laws of those countries may differ from the laws of your country of residence.

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, the Services, technology, or our information practices.

When we revise this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated version and revised “Last Updated” date on this page.
